Car Fire on west end of Sunrise Hwy. Story by Dan Neri    On Thursday March 15, 2018 the Lynbrook Fire Department was toned out for a vehicle fire on Sunrise Highway on the West border of the Village. Unit 421 was first due to the scene and quickly stretched one line and extinguished the fire.    Truck Co. performed overhaul duties.  Chiefs William Abrams and Michael Brooks oversaw the operations at the scene. The cause of the fire is unknown.
