LFD Takes Wounded Warrior to Ground Zero

On Monday, October 1, 2012, wounded US Marine Marcus Dandrea, his Marine wife, Victoria, and their son Micah, who had spent the weekend in Lynbrook after being brought up from the Walter Reed National Medical Facility at Bethesda, MD, to attend Lynbrook FD's second annual block party to raise funds for Nassau County Firefighters Operation Wounded Warrior, was taken to Ground Zero by member of LFD's block party committee to see the 9/11 Memorial before their return to Bethesda.   Below are the photos from that trip.
