On the afternoon of April 21, 2015, the Lynbrook Fire Department was called on a mutual aid by the Lawrence-Cedarhurst Fire Department for assistance at the scene of a mansion fire on Ocean Avenue in Lawrence.  Hose Company was first called out to go to the scene and shortly after Truck Company was also called to the scene.  Truck Company took over as the Fast Team while Hose Company took over a line on the first floor.  Lynbrook's firefighters provided assistance for about an hour and a half.
