On April 6, 2014, the Lynbrook Junior Fire Department elected their new officers for the up-coming year.  Those elected were Captain Sean Hynes, First Lieutenant Brendan O'Reilly, Second Lieutenant Kevin O'Reilly, Secretary Colleen Germain, Treasurer Meaghan Hynes, and Sergeant at Arms Nicole Bien.  The new officers were sworn in by outgoing Lynbrook Fire Department Chief Edward Hynes at their junior meeting which was held at Hose Company.
