On Friday, August 4, 2011, the Lynbrook Fire Department Tumblers Tournament Team ran in the New York State Old Fashioned Drill sponsored by the Bellmore Fire Department and held at the Five Towns Tournament Course in Merrick. The Tumblers took first place in the 3-Man Ladder event and took fifth in overall points out of 23 fire departments that participated.
