Tumblers Take Second; New Team Records

 The Lynbrook Tumblers Tournament Team set four new team records and went on to finish second in the Fourth Battalion and second place overall in a 15 team joint Second, Third and Fourth Battalion tournament sponsored by the Long Beach Fire Department and held at Baldwin FD’s arch on Atlantic Avenue in Baldwin.  The Tumblers broke their previous best times in Running Ladder with a time of 8.15 seconds; Running Hose Replacement in 22.41 seconds; Two into One in 9.06 seconds; and Buckets in 27.49 seconds.  The order of finish in the Fourth Battalion was Rockville Centre Woodlanders, Lynbrook, Malverne, East Rockaway and Lakeview.
