Remembering Those Killed at WTC Story and Photos By Ex-Captain Steve Grogan
On the twelve anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the United States, Lynbrook Fire Chief Edward J. Hynes led the members of the Lynbrook Fire Department, the Ladies Auxiliary, and the Junior Fire Department, at the Village of Lynbrook's annual memorial service that remembers those from the community who perished in the World Trade Center. The department's Color Guard brought in the colors while the Junior firefighters assisted by presenting carnations to the families to place on the stone marker of their relative.
