On Monday morning a motorist, allegedly cutoff by another driver, drove   into the drive-in driveway of Citibank on the corner of Merrick  Road and   Broadway and slammed into the bank building.  Luckily the  airbags   deployed and she was saved from serious injury.  The Lynbrook Fire   Department's Extrication Team responded to the scene as did an  ambulance from   the East Rockaway Fire Department as Lynbrook's Medical Company was handling   two other aided cases at the time.  East Rockaway firefighters are shown  her stabilizing the driver and transporting her to the hospital.  Some structural damage was done to the building and the Village of Lynbrook's   Building Superintendent  responded to the scene.
