Lynbrook FD Marches In RVC St. Patrick's Day Parade Story by Ex-Captain Steve Grogan; Photos by Firefighter Ryan Tachiera
On Saturday, March 23, 2013, the Lynbrook Fire Department participated in the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in Rockville Centre. Chief Anthony DeCarlo led the department and the juniors. This was his last parade as Chief of Department. Truck Company's 428 was used, along with a RVCFD ladder, to form an arch from which an American flag hung over the parade route. Engine Company and Tally-Ho's rigs were in the parade.
