On August 6, 2013, a golf outing and fundraiser, dubbed "Friends for Charlie," and sponsored by Alert Engine and Hose Company #1, was held for RVCFD Ex-Chief Charlie Yaeger on Thursday, August 8, 2013, at the Oceanside South Bay Country Club with a dinner that evening at the Oceanside K of C.  A contingent of Lynbrook firefighters played golf and attended the dinner to support and help Charlie.  Below are photos of Lynbrook firefighters at the dinner.
