Veteran Robert Citvovic Buried at Arlington

Ex-Chief and Honorary Commissioner Robert "Cid" Citkovic of Engine Company 1, was buried with military honors at Arlington National Cemetery on May 17, 2018.  Cid passed away on November 5, 2016 in Tennessee.  He was also a member of Fairfield Glades FD in Tennessee. Cid joined the Army in 1965 and served with Headquarters Company of the 67th Engineering Battalion in Vietnam from 1966 to 1967.  He was discharged in 1968.  Ten members of Engine Company traveled to Arlington to join Cid's wife Jean and family to witness Cid's burial in the Arlington Columbarium.  He received a 21-gun salute for his service.  Cid had wished to be laid to rest in Arlington.
