Outgoing Lynbrook Fire Chief Chris Kelly, right, congratulates Danny Ambrosio, of Vulcan Company, upon his election by the fire department membership on April 6, 2023 to Chief of Department for the coming year.  Ambrosio has been an assistant chief for the past three years.  He, and other elected incoming assistant fire chiefs, First Assistant Chief Scott Bien of Truck Company, third from right to left, Second Assistant Chief Clayton Murphy of Vulcan Company, and Third Assistant Chief James DiGambatista of Truck Company, will be sworn into office by Lynbrook Mayor Alan Beach at the Fire Council meeting on April 18th.
