L.F.D. Mourns the Loss of Ex-Chief & Hon. Commissioner Peter Pearsall

It is with deep regret the Chief's Office & the Officers & Members of Rescue Hook Ladder & Bucket Co #1 announce the passing of Honorary Commissioner Peter Pearsall.

Pete was a 51 year Member of the Department and Truck Company. Pete joined Truck Company in June of 1973. Pete served as Captain from 1980-1983, then served as Chief of the Department from 1999-2000.

Pete was also a member of the Floodlight Unit and was made an Honorary Commissioner in 2023.

Peter died just 3 days shy of his 73rd birthday. Funeral arrangements will be in Florida. Please keep Pete and his Family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank You for your service Commissioner.
