Auto Accident on Ocean Ave.

On Sunday evening, December 2, 2018, the Lynbrook Fire Department responded to a reported two-car accident on Ocean Avenue, between Peninsula Blvd and Merrick Road.  At the time it was raining quite heavily.  One of the vehicle's involved was in the northbound lane of Ocean Avenue while the second auto, who had an inured driver, was in the southbound lane.  The department's extrication teams arrived at the scene but were not needed.  The driver injured was removed from the vehicle and transported to the hospital by Northwell Hospital paramedics.
