On September 11, 2019, the Lynbrook Fire Department, its firefighters, Ladies Auxiliary, and junior firefighters, led by Chief Nick Pearsall, attended the Village of Lynbrook's annual 9/11 services at the Village's 9/11 Memorial behind Village Hall.
