The Lynbrook Baptist Church challenged the Lynbrook Fire Department to a benefit softball game held on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 7 PM at the ball field, next to the Tally-Ho firehouse at Greis Park. The money raised are to  be donated to Nassau County Firefighters Operation Wounded Warrior. A good time was had by all. The LFD team once again prevailed but the real winners are the Wounded Warriors.
