A Farewell by the Village Board

 At the Lynbrook Village Board meeting of April 15, 2013, outgoing Chief, Anthony Zemo DeCarlo, was recognized by the mayor and village board for his service, especially the past year as Chief of Department.  Chief DeCarlo then introduced the incoming chiefs for the coming year, Chief Edward Hynes, First Assistant Chief MIchael Anderson, and Second Assistant Chief James McDermott.  Third Assistant Chief John Chavatte, was working.  The new chiefs take over during the Council meeting on Tuesday, April 16th.
