On a rainy Christmas Eve the members of Hose Company of the Lynbrook Fire Department received an early Christmas present with the arrival of their new Spartan 1500 gpm pumper.  A number of members were on hand for its arrival.  The new pumper is presently being lettered and members will soon begin training on the new rig.  It is expected to be put into service in a few weeks.
