The Month of July 2009 is the 30th Anniversary of the official forming of the Lynbrook Junior Fire Department.  In honor of the occasion,  FASNY's The Volunteer Firefighter Magazine, published a story about the history and forming of our juniors in their July 2009 edition.  The Volunteer Firefighter is read by over 100,000 readers in the volunteer fire service and in government in the State of New York and elsewhere.  The junior story is one of their feature articles in the magazine.  Below is a screen shot of the article.
